Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor with 3-5 years in a supervisory role within coffeeshop or food court settings to lead staff, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and manage daily operations effectively. Responsibilities - Supervise and guide staff on food handling and hygiene to ensure compliance with SFA standards and train new employees - Manage ordering, receiving, and inspection of goods and supplies to maintain inventory accuracy - Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the coffeeshop environment - Promote and sell food and beverage items to customers to support business growth - Assist stall tenants by handling complaints, enquiries, and resolving daily operational issues - Operate POS system and accurately record daily sales transactions - Implement Safe Management Measures to ensure workplace safety and compliance - Work shifts including weekends and public holidays, adhering to a six-day workweek with weekday rest Required competencies and certifications - Food Hygiene Course or F&B officer certificate Preferred competencies and qualifications - Proficient coffee making and cooking skills Other Information - Work schedule includes shift work, weekends, and public holidays with six working days per week and weekday rest #J-18808-Ljbffr
