Join Ontario Power Generation (OPG) as a Business Analyst focusing on ServiceNow to optimize enterprise workflows in Oshawa, Ontario. Engage in end-to-end workflow design, documentation, and integration. As a vital member of the IT Services team, you will report to the Senior Manager and support the mapping and maintenance of enterprise workflows across ServiceNow, RPA, and DevOps platforms. Your role emphasizes continuous improvement and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance efficiency and clarity in processes.
