Manage complex civil construction projects as an On-Site Civil Construction Supervisor. Emphasize safety, team leadership, and effective planning on Northern Ontario jobsites. In this role, you will welcome field crews, supervise operations, and report directly to the Project Manager. Your responsibilities include organizing job site safety, leading performance metrics, and ensuring smooth workflow between workers and subcontractors. A combination of outdoor work with management tasks requires versatility and commitment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct pre-execution planning and job organization Facilitate safety meetings and lead instructions Oversee 2-15 workers and subcontractors Direct various construction activities efficiently Input timecards and maintain material inventory Requirements: Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Familiar with GPS and surveying methods Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment Valid G driver's license; AZ preferred Deliver outstanding leadership and project execution within civil construction by fostering a strong team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
