We are a small family with an 9m infant and a 3y toddler. I, the mother am currently on maternity leave. Husband works from the office 3-4 days a week and is home around 630 pm. My infant is a quite yet clingy baby. My toddler is very energetic and a very picky eater. My goal is to organize the family's daily routine with the help of a nanny and get some independence. Wanting to hit the gym and run some errands while nanny is with baby before my toddler is back home. My toodler goes to Montessori and is home usually by 4 pm every day. I mainly need help to manage both the kids once my toddler is back from Montessori. In addition to baby care, it would be nice to get help in food prep, laundry, and some cleaning. Looking for a nanny to help from 3-8pm on weekdays.
