I have partnered with an organization who are looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer to join their growing team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Interior Design, you will contribute to both the creative development of design concepts and the technical coordination of mediumcomplexity projects. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys balancing creativity with technical precision while collaborating closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients.About the RoleIn this position, you will support the full design process from concept development to technical documentation and site coordination. You will help ensure the quality of deliverables, alignment with company standards, and overall client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop interior design concepts aligned with project goals, budgets, and schedules.Prepare and contribute to client presentations, clearly communicating design intent.Produce and review drawings, details, and finish schedules in accordance with company standards.Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and furniture.Coordinate deliverables with consultants, suppliers, and other project partners.Support project schedule tracking in collaboration with Project Directors.Conduct site visits to verify that work aligns with the approved design intent.QualificationsDEC in Interior Design or a bachelors degree in Interior Design, Environmental Design, or Interior Architecture.Approximately 3-5 years of corporate commercial interior design experience.Experience working on corporate office projects and workplace environments.Strong proficiency in Revit (required), with working knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
