Senior ControllerOverviewWe are seeking a Controller to join a growing organization in the construction sector. This is a newly created role driven by expansion and the strategic integration of multiple business units, including two construction companies and a flooring division.Why This Role?This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to step into a business at a key inflection point and benefit from ample room for career growth.You will play a central role in building financial structure, integrating multiple entities, and supporting continued growth.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating processes, driving clarity, and influencing strategy in an entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all financial operations across multiple business unitsDevelop and implement financial processes, controls, and reporting structures to support growth and integrationPartner with ownership and leadership to provide strategic financial insights and guidanceOversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningManage and enhance job costing and job forecasting processes to improve project profitability and visibilitySupport the consolidation of financial systems and reporting across entitiesMentor and guide the existing team (AP, AR, Procurement, Controller), helping define roles and improving efficiencyEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsQualificationsCPA designation requiredProven experience in the construction industry or a related field.
