Join us as we continue to grow to support our mission in the relentless pursuit of customer excellence.About The Role We are seeking a Training Support Specialist to support our North American Training team by delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience while ensuring accuracy and reliability across all training-related processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing customer interaction with detail-oriented work, and takes ownership of delivering timely, organized support. As a key point of contact for customers, you will manage inquiries, support course registrations, and ensure clear, proactive communication.Success in this role means creating a seamless and dependable experience for customers from registration through certification, with each step handled with accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication. You will take ownership of maintaining accurate customer records, supporting registrations and invoicing, and responding to customer inquiries with clarity and timeliness, while working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency. By recognizing patterns in customer feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement, you will contribute to strengthening processes and enhancing the overall training experience.Our People They Own Their Day: We do not micro-manage. We put our existing customers before revenue and do not use sale performance as a metric.Your ImpactRespond to customer inquiries and escalate to the Training Manager as neededProcess and manage customer registrationsConfirm course status and proactively communicate updates to customersGenerate and distribute invoices for customer ordersProcess customer requests in a timely and accurate mannerManage registration tracking, exam score entry, and certificate issuanceMaintain accurate customer records and data entry related to certificationsBuild strong, positive relationships to enhance customer satisfactionIdentify trends in customer feedback and recurring issues to support process improvementsYour ExperienceStrong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProven problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Ability to collaborate effectively across teams3+ years of experience with invoicing and payment processing3+ years of experience with data entryExperience managing an inbox and responding to customer inquiriesCertificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Business, or a related fieldNice to HaveExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)Ability to learn and navigate LMS platformsExperience with shipping and logistics coordinationWhy Join Us?
