Recent grads welcome.Compensation: Salary plus performance bonus. Details discussed in final round. What Leanafy isLeanafy is a warehouse and 3PL execution platform (WMS, shipping, KPI tracking, and operations tooling) built by a 3PL operator, not software developers. We help small and mid-sized warehouses and 3PLs run with the kind of tooling usually reserved for enterprise, with a broader vision around modern supply chain execution. Were early, growing fast, and building the team. Why this role existsIm the founder. Right now, Im the one running sales conversations, attending events, building community, and doing the outreach that keeps momentum going. I need a right hand. Someone who can take whats in my head and execute it at speed, so I can do more of what only I can do.This is not a strategy role. Its an execution role with a front-row seat to everything. What youll actually doRun outbound: cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, follow-ups, CRM hygiene. Youll book meetings; Ill close.Come to events with me, including travel across North America. Work the room, get business cards, follow up the next day, log everything.Help run our own events and community: invite lists, RSVPs, logistics, day-of execution, post-event outreach.Help me promote Leanafy: drafts of posts, content prep, scheduling, repurposing.Whatever else needs doing this week. The job will look different in month 1 vs month 6.Who you areHigh energy and resilient. Outbound and events involve a lot of no and silence. You find that interesting, not crushing.Fast and organized. You reply quickly, you dont drop balls, you live in a CRM and a to-do list.Comfortable with ambiguity. You dont need a perfect brief. You take a one-line direction and come back with something usable.Sharp on the phone and in person. You can walk up to a stranger at an event and start a real conversation.A decent writer. Cold emails, LinkedIn posts, follow-ups. You can write something that sounds like a human, not a template.Curious about the product and the customer. Youll learn faster if you actually care. You dont need a sales background. Hospitality, event ops, BD internships, customer-facing roles, or just ran things in college all count.Who this role is not forPeople who want to set strategy in their first 12 months. Thats not this role yet.People who want a 9 to 5 with a clear scope. The scope will move every week.People who want full remote. Being in the room with me is most of the value of this role for both of us.People who want pure sales commission. Comp is salaried with a bonus, since most of what youll do isnt closing. What youll getA real seat at the table at an early-stage startup.Direct mentorship from me, every day.Exposure to every part of how a company gets built: sales, marketing, product, ops, community.A clear path to grow into running sales, community, or ops properly within 12 to 18 months if youre crushing it.How to applySend me:1. A short note (no cover letter format) on why this role, why now.2. Your LinkedIn or resume. Either is fine.3. A 3 to 4 line answer to this: Find 2 industry events in North America in the next 6 months that you think would be a good fit for Leanafy to attend. Tell me why, and how youd get 10 qualified people from our ICP to meet with us there. Dont overthink it. I want to see how you reason, not a perfect plan.Email: I read every application personally.
