Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY This is not a traditional associate role. This is a high-ownership operator role designed to extend the output and impact of a highly cross-functional leader working across both PUSH Media and STRATIS. You will operate at the center of strategy, product development, AI, and platform operations turning direction into action, managing the flow of work, and personally executing across a wide range of outputs. The role requires someone who can fluidly move between managing workstreams and doing the work itself. On any given day, you might be structuring a project plan, building a prototype in an AI-assisted tool, preparing a client-ready deck, testing a new workflow, or synthesizing research into a strategic recommendation. The common thread is ownership: you manage what needs to happen and you make it happen. You will be accountable for outcomes, not coordination. This role is about judgment, execution, and building systems that scale the capacity of the people around you. This is designed for someone who wants accelerated growth, direct exposure to real decision-making, and the opportunity to operate inside both a scaled agency and a rapidly evolving AI platform company. ABOUT PUSH MEDIA PUSH Media is an independent, performance-driven marketing agency with a team of approximately 70 people and four offices across North America. We partner with national and international brands as Agency of Record across sectors including retail, CPG, travel, technology, and emerging categories. PUSH is known for senior-led strategy, deep media expertise, and a culture built on accountability, speed, and execution. Decisions move quickly, teams stay close to the work, and ownership is expected at every level. ABOUT STRATIS STRATIS is a next-generation marketing decision engine and operating layer built to change how marketing organizations make decisions. It sits above the execution stack, unifying creative, media, performance, and external signals into a structured, governed decision environment powered by AI. STRATIS is being built in partnership with AXL Venture Labs at the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Centre at the University of Toronto. The platform is shaped alongside globally recognized leaders in AI, human-computer interaction, and applied machine intelligence. For the right candidate, this means direct exposure not only to how AI is applied in production, but how it is architected, structured, and operationalized at a product level. STRATIS is both a core strategic pillar of PUSH and a standalone platform with its own product roadmap, development cycle, and long-term ambition.
