To support this mission, we are seeking a leader to play a pivotal role in an enterprise-wide digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing service delivery through cloud-based technologyThis role is ideal for a senior quality professional who brings strategic vision, hands-on expertise, and the ability to influence outcomes across complex, mission-critical systems.Role OverviewAs QA Lead, you will be accountable for the overall quality, stability, and reliability of enterprise applications built on a modern Salesforce-based platform. You will establish and lead QA strategy, ensure rigorous testing practices and embed quality across the full software development lifecycle.You will work closely with executive stakeholders, product owners, developers, and support teams to ensure solutions are delivered to the highest standardssecure, scalable, and user-centric.Engagement DetailsType: Full-time contract Initial Term: 1 year Extensions: Up to two (2) additional one-year renewals Start Date: On or before May 19, 2026 (earlier start preferred) Work Model: Remote option available for the full engagement Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute enterprise QA strategy aligned with digital transformation goals Lead manual and automated testing, test planning, and execution across releases Oversee defect management, quality metrics, and release readiness Drive early quality assurance through requirement and design reviews Establish QA standards, frameworks, and best practices Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a culture of quality excellence Act as a trusted advisor on quality, risk, and delivery assurance What You BringSenior experience leading QA within large-scale digital or cloud platforms Strong expertise in test automation, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability Proven track record of delivering stable, high-quality enterprise systems Why This RoleThis is a high-visibility leadership role where quality directly impacts service outcomes at scale.
