Youll be:Leading the land expiry process, managing continuations, and notifying stakeholders including Geologists, Negotiators, and Partners.Applying strong knowledge of Saskatchewan Crown regulations and Freehold leases.Developing and improving internal processes and procedural documentation.Processing both external and internal inquiries efficiently.Solving complex problems and providing innovative solutions across land administration challenges.Generating complex area land maps and extracting data using systems such as CS Explorer, Execute, GeoScout, StackDX, SAP, ISC, and IRIS.Collaborating with Negotiators on Crown posting and sale processes.Preparing and submitting legal documents such as caveats, withdrawals, discharges, and transfers to the land titles office, and advising partners and freehold owners.Working independently, seeking guidance only on unique or complex issues.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have 58 years of oil and gas land administration experience.Are a graduate of a recognized land program (preferred) or bring an equivalent mix of education and experience.Are an active member of LEMAC.Possess high attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrate the ability to manage and adjust priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What happens nextOnce you apply, youll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
