Remote Flex: Open to candidates anywhere in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). Focus: UI Excellence, Design Systems, Scalable Patterns, and AI-driven workflows.Key Responsibilities Scale the Vision: Develop reusable, design system-aligned patterns to ensure cohesion across the entire platform. AI Integration: Help establish a structured AI UX pattern framework to optimize user workflows. Collaborate: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to take projects from rough sketches to production-ready assets. Champion Quality: Set the standard for visual excellence in typography, color theory, and hierarchy.What You Bring Experience: 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience. System Thinking: Deep expertise in working with (and contributing to) robust design systems. Technical Artistry: Mastery of prototyping at all levels of fidelity and providing detailed documentation. AI Curiosity: A strong interest in emerging technologies and AI-driven interfaces.
