This is a hands-on role where youll design scalable systems, build microservices, and integrate LLM-powered features into production workflows.This is ideal for someone who enjoys backend depth, clean architecture, and working on real-world AI systems, not just prototypes.What Youll DoDesign and build backend systems using Python and DjangoLead architecture decisions for microservices and API designDevelop and maintain integrations with AI models and LLM APIsBuild data pipelines and document processing workflowsWork with PostgreSQL on schema design and performance optimizationDesign multi-tenant systems and scalable backend servicesCollaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and infrastructure using GCPImplement event-driven systems and messaging patternsMentor engineers and enforce strong engineering standardsWork closely with product to translate requirements into scalable systemsWho You Are7+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years as a technical leadStrong hands-on experience with Python and DjangoExperience building and scaling backend systems in productionStrong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system designExperience with cloud platforms, ideally GCPExperience integrating AI or LLM APIs into productsStrong database experience with PostgreSQLComfortable working in early-stage environmentsStrong problem-solving and ownership mindsetExperience mentoring or leading engineers
