The LPN works to full scope of practice, engages in ongoing education, and maintains competency in accordance with Southern Health-Sant Sud policies, Professional Standards of Practice, College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM), Code of Ethics, Competency Profile for Licensed Practical Nurses in Manitoba, and the Regulated Health Professions Act. Certification/Licensure/Registration Current active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Acute, Transitional, PCH, Primary Care, Public Health-Healthy Living, Home Care, Oncology/Cancer Care). Requires a valid Class 5 drivers license, an all-purpose insured vehicle, and liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.
