A leading restoration and construction firm is looking for a Project Manager Assistant to support fullcycle project delivery across residential and commercial restoration work.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, communicates with confidence, and enjoys being the operational backbone that keeps projects running smoothly from start to finish.What Youll DoYoull work closely with Project Managers to keep projects on track, on budget, and fully documented. Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating project startup requirements: confirming deductibles, securing authorizations, and arranging progress drawsReviewing construction plans and consulting with engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and regulationsScheduling and coordinating trades, emergency crews, inspections, and permit requirementsMaintaining clear, consistent communication with homeowners, business owners, adjusters, property managers, tenants, and subcontractorsManaging change orders, additional work requests, and all related documentationEnsuring all project files, reports, and compliance documents meet client and internal standardsSupporting project accounting: invoicing, receivables followup, budget tracking, and profitability reviewsPreparing weekly project status updates, KPIs, and claim reportsBuilding strong relationships with trades, adjusters, and internal teamsSending customer surveys, warranties, and completion documentationLearning and using industry software including Xactimate, Symbility, PSA, and OptimizerWhat You Bring2+ years of administrative or coordination experience (restoration or construction experience is a strong asset)Strong Microsoft Office skillsExperience with PSA, Xactimate, or Symbility is an advantageExcellent communication skills written, verbal, and over the phoneHigh attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing deadlinesConfidence working independently while also collaborating with a project teamProfessionalism when dealing with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholdersAbility to produce accurate, highquality documents quicklyA proactive, solutionsoriented mindsetRemuneration: $60,000-$70,000 per year (depending on experience) plus health benefits.Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)Artificial intelligence (AI) is not used to screen, assess, or make hiring decisions for this role.
