We run digital media campaigns across social platforms and programmatic channels, and we operate our own screen network placed in educational environments across North America.We move quickly, we hold ourselves accountable to results, and we take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. If youre used to managing complex client relationships and making good decisions without a lot of hand-holding, youll fit in here.The RoleThis is a client-facing role that sits at the centre of how OnDeck delivers on its promises. Youll manage a portfolio of accounts - primarily post-secondary institutions running digital media and OOH campaigns - and youll be responsible for keeping those clients informed and driving revenue with valuable solutions that achieve their goals.The role is roughly split between account stewardship, campaign oversight, and opportunity growth. Youll be the person clients call when they need support, and the person internally who keeps campaigns on track, flags issues before they become problems, maximizes client LTV and ensures were always moving toward outcomes that justify the spend.Were looking for someone who has managed digital marketing accounts - media budgets, platform performance, client expectations, media strategy - and knows how to run them well.What Youll Be DoingManaging Client RelationshipsOwn a portfolio of active client accounts from onboarding through renewalServe as the primary day-to-day contact for clients running digital media campaignsRun regular check-ins and performance reviews with clear, jargon-free communicationManage expectations proactively - flag issues early, bring solutions, not just problemsBuild the kind of relationships where clients renew because theyre getting results, not because switching feels like too much workCampaign OversightOversee the performance of digital media campaigns across paid social and programmatic channelsWork closely with media buyers and internal teams to ensure campaign delivery aligns with client goalsMonitor key metrics, identify underperformance early, and drive optimization decisionsTranslate platform data into clear performance narratives clients can act onManage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals without letting things slipRetention and GrowthDrive client retention by consistently demonstrating value and staying ahead of client needsIdentify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accountsContribute to renewal conversations and support new business pitches where relevantProvide structured feedback to leadership on client sentiment, product gaps, and market signalsWhat Good Looks Like at 12 MonthsClient retention rate above 75% across your portfolioCampaigns consistently hitting or exceeding agreed performance benchmarksClients who proactively reach out with new opportunities, not just problemsClean handoffs, no dropped balls, and a reputation internally for keeping things movingA measurable contribution to account growth through upsells or expanded campaignsWhat Were Looking ForYouve spent at least five years managing digital marketing accounts, ideally at an agency or in a client-facing role at a media company. You know how paid social and programmatic campaigns work well enough to have an intelligent conversation about performance with both a media buyer and a VP of Enrolment.Experience:5+ years managing digital marketing accounts in an agency or media environmentHands-on experience with paid social platforms - Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google - and/or programmatic advertisingA track record of retaining and growing accounts, not just servicing themExperience presenting campaign performance to senior stakeholders and translating data into clear recommendationsComfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously without losing attention to detailBackground in higher education, recruitment marketing, or youth-focused advertising is a plusHow you work:Youre proactive.
