OverviewGIGABYTE is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager (B2C) to manage and grow key retail partnerships while expanding the reach of our award-winning gaming and PC solutions across the retail channel. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and executing initiatives that strengthen GIGABYTEs presence within the consumer technology market.The ideal candidate understands the retail and e-commerce landscape in the consumer electronics industry, has experience managing technology accounts, and can use market insights to drive business growth in a competitive environment.Key retail partners may include(but are not limited to): Newegg Canada, Canada Computers, Memory Express, and Costco Canada.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with major retail and e-commerce partners to drive revenue and market shareIdentify and develop new opportunities within the consumer technology and gaming retail ecosystemPresent and promote the GIGABYTE brand value proposition and product portfolio to retail partnersDevelop mutually beneficial business plans and sales strategies with retail accountsMonitor and analyze business metrics including SKU performance, sell-through, inventory levels, returns, exposure rate, and competitive pricingCollaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Operations to support channel marketing initiativesNegotiate promotional opportunities, product placement, and expanded shelf or digital presence within key accountsTrack account performance and adapt strategies to maximize growth within the retail channelQualificationsRequiredBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field34 years of retail account management experience in the technology or consumer electronics industryPreferredUnderstanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer buying behaviorFamiliarity with retail channel dynamics including national retailers, regional technology retailers, and online marketplacesUnderstanding of bilingual market dynamics (English/French)Knowledge of consumer electronics seasonal sales cycles including Back-to-School, Black Friday, and Boxing DayFamiliarity with regional retail markets such as Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia technology hubsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams)Ability to quickly learn new product portfolios and communicate their value and differentiationStrong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate product features into clear business value for partners and customersSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple accountsAdditional InformationTravel Requirement: Up to 20% business travel may be required for major business events such as QBR meetings, tradeshows, partner meetings, and industry events.About UsGigabyte is an international manufacturer and distributor of computer hardware products including motherboards, graphic cards, laptops, PC desktops, and more.
