In this role you will manage the sales activities for the branch, and coach and mentor the sales team to achieve sales goals. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.You will:Provide leadership and guidance to the sales staff, directly responsible for specific accounts as neededDevelop and retain key talent focused on customer support and engagementChampion the development, communication, and execution of branch sales and complete goods processes and strategic planningManage annual goals and budgets to align with financial and operational objectivesLead, coach, and mentor sales team supporting recognition, career planning and developmentEnsure sales metrics, budgets, and goals are met consistentlyCollaborate with all departments to deliver exceptional customer serviceDevelop and implement incentive plansBuild and maintain relationships with all internal departments, and external partnersYou have:Associates/bachelors degree in Ag Business, Marketing or related field;, equivalent education/experience may be considered3+ years sales experience, 1+ years sales management experienceExperience leading, developing, and motivating othersKnowledge/familiarity with John Deere and competitive productsAbility to develop and implement business strategies and goalsWillingness to work flexible hours and travel as neededValid drivers license requiredYou are:Results-oriented, strong work ethic, customer focusedSelf-aware with high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsSuccessful in fast-paced, high-growth environmentCONNECT with us today!Whether you're new to this field or experienced in other related fields, we offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge!
