Why Work Here Succession path to senior leadership Deep business involvement, not just accounting Strong total compensation and benefits Balanced flexibility with hybrid work arrangement and work life balance About the Opportunity Oversee month-end close for 30+ client P&Ls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Canadian GAAP andthe companyspolicies Manage budgeting and forecasting process for the Value Stream division Analyze operating results and identify trends Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions Collaborate with teams to improve financial data integrity across accounting and operational systems Lead or support process improvement initiatives Assist with review of legal contracts/customer agreements Oversee AR and AP About You Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline CPA designation 8+ years of progressive experience, including at least 2 years in a Controller or Manager role Strong financial acuity, business acumen, and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication, timemanagementand organizational skills Salary Range $120,000 - $140,000/year How to Apply Click the Apply Now button and follow the instructions to submityour resume.
