In addition, to administrative responsibilities this position is responsible for the mentorship and training of Claims Service Representatives and participating in specialized projects.**We want your talent!****If you are great at:*** Checking and receiving new claims* Answering incoming inquiries* Assisting claims adjuster with administrative tasks* Sorting and distributing mail and faxes* Data editing, verification, and reconciliation activities**And you have:*** Post-secondary school education and/or equivalent on the job experience.* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the property and casualty industry* Excellent keyboarding and data entry skills.* Actively pursuing CIP designation an asset.* Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite* Fluently bilingual (English / French) is a definite asset**We really mean it when we say we put you first.
