With a strong focus on growth, innovation, and operational excellence, Cooke continues to invest in its people and systems to support its expanding global footprint.Role OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for leading small- to medium-sized IT and business initiatives from initiation through closeout.This role is focused on execution, coordination, and delivery. Working within a structured PMO, the Project Manager will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgetsApply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery approaches based on project needsCoordinate delivery across IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendorsMonitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change activitiesTrack project financials, support forecasting, and manage variancesPrepare and deliver clear project updates, dashboards, and reportsEnsure project documentation aligns with PMO standards and governanceSupport continuous improvement through lessons learned and process refinementQualifications & Experience2 to 4 years of experience coordinating or managing projects in an IT or business environmentExperience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologiesWorking knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planningPost-secondary education in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, or Monday.comStrong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skillsWork EnvironmentThis role operates within a collaborative, team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
