And right now, were growing.Were looking for an experienced, client-facing bookkeeper who wants to be part of something that feels good to be a part of.If youre reading this and thinking, wow this feels different, you might be in the right place.The Role (what your days will look like)This is a full-cycle bookkeeping role with real client connection.Youll be:Managing communication (email, client portal, Slack internally)Handling full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clientsProcessing Dext uploads and keeping things organizedCompleting month-end and preparing financial reportsFiling GST, PST, EHT, WCBSupporting clients in a calm, clear, and kind wayCreating Loom videos to walk clients through their numbersHelping ensure deadlines are met and nothing slips through the cracksSupporting your teammates when neededOur clients are mostly service-based businesses and entrepreneurs. Theyre big thinkers, often moving quickly, and sometimes need help staying organized.Youll be the steady, supportive guide who helps bring clarity to their numbers.What success looks likeIn your first 30 days:Youre learning, asking questions, and getting comfortable with our systems and clients. Youre not expected to be perfect just curious, engaged, and open.By 90 days:Youre managing your own set of clients with confidence.
