The client is a leading full-service semiconductor foundry providing advanced design, development, and wafer fabrication services to global technology innovators. We are currently hiring for an urgent opening as below: Location: Woodlands Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Shift Pattern: 12-hour rotating shift (Day & Night) Job Summary The role focuses on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic process monitoring to ensure stable production, high yield, and minimal downtime. This position involves close collaboration with engineers and technicians to resolve equipment issues, support continuous improvement, and maintain strict safety and cleanroom standards. We are specifically looking for candidates with direct handson experience in semiconductor modules such as Diffusion, Implant, Etch, or Thin Film processes. Key Responsibilities - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) according to established maintenance plans - Respond to equipment breakdowns, perform fault diagnosis, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime - Support equipment installation, hookup, and commissioning during project or rampup phases - Assist in improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability, productivity, and process stability - Monitor and input/review SPC data for defined critical equipment parameters - Support daily DIW PAT line activities and production support tasks - Ensure all activities are carried out safely and in compliance with EHS and cleanroom requirements - Perform other duties as assigned based on operational or project needs Requirements - Diploma / ITE Higher Nitec in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline - Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic production environment (preferably wafer fab) - Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and semiconductor process knowledge - Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) is required - Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day & night) - Proficient in Microsoft Office How to Apply Interested candidates, please email your updated resume to [email protected] with the subject line 'Associate Engineer'. #J-18808-Ljbffr
