Your Mission Reporting to the President & Owner, the Account Manager will drive revenue growth, margin performance, and brand awareness within their assigned territory. This role will lead, coach, and educate studios and boutiques; develop and nurture strategic accounts; influence architects and designers; and contribute to shaping long-term strategy for Southern or Northern/Central Alberta. Candidates must be located in either Calgary or Edmonton. What You Will Own Territory Growth & Sales Leadership Lead, coach, and educate studio and boutique owners and staff Develop new accounts while strengthening existing partnerships Increase showroom presence and brand visibility Drive consistent CRM discipline and pipeline transparency Support trade show execution and regional industry events Strategic Account Development Build long-term relationships with designers, developers, studios, boutiques, and showrooms Influence product specifications with architects, designers, and engineers Provide accurate forecasts and relevant business intelligence Training & Brand Advocacy Deliver impactful product and sales training to representatives, customers, and ambassadors Collaborate with the DME team on tools, presentations, and content Elevate brand positioning in every interaction What Success Looks Like Regional sales targets consistently achieved or exceeded Strong showroom penetration and growing brand visibility Clear, reliable forecasting and actionable market insights What You Bring 10+ years of sales or marketing experience 5+ years in a sales leadership role Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the kitchen and bath industry is an asset Strong background in B2B or B2B2C environments (building materials, plumbing, architectural, or design-driven industries preferred) Proven ability to expand territories and develop key accounts CRM proficiency and comfort with sales technologies Ability to influence, persuade, and build long-term professional relationships The Profile Were Looking For You are: Highly action-oriented and comfortable building momentum Strategic yet hands-on Strong at relationship building and industry networking Confident presenting to architects, designers, and senior stakeholders Structured, disciplined, and data-driven Energized by travel and market engagement You also: Live in Calgary or Edmonton Hold a valid drivers license and passport Why Join DME?
