As our Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in analytics, market research, and pricing strategy, focusing on deriving key insights from the data to drive the business forward. You will also have a dotted line to the VP of Marketing & Strategy as you lead holistic communications for two of our communities, including working with agencies to deliver digital, social, SMS, print, and signage campaigns to drive traffic to our sites. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, a passion and curiosity for marketing communications, strong collaboration skills, and a drive to deliver results while accelerating their career growth.What Youll be Doing:Leading analytics to turn data into actionable insights that will enhance our marketing and pricing strategiesOwn communications for two communities, creating consumer-centric programming with our agencies (social, digital, SMS, etc.) to drive traffic to sites (dotted-lined reporting to VP, Marketing & Strategy)Conduct post-purchase customer survey calls, professionally representing Fusion Homes and synthesizing survey results into clear recommendations to improve the businessLead the New Community Rollout (NCR) cross-functional team to ensure each new community is designed and launched on time and to Fusions standardsCo-lead community involvement events throughout the year, as well as The Main Event, which celebrates Fusions employees and the successes from the year priorWhat You Bring to the Table:Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent experienceA passion for analytics and a demonstrated ability to derive insights and recommendations from dataPassion and curiosity for marketing with an ambition to enhance abilities in communicationsStrong attention to detailDemonstrated interest in collaboration and a willingness to learn from cross-functional expertsAbility to foster a strong rapport with the customer during post-purchase survey callsAn openness to learn and utilize new AI technologies to pull data, synthesize results, and create reportsWhy You Should Join Fusion:Values Driven Culture: Our culture is built on excellence, collaboration, and winning as one teamCompetitive Compensation: We offer a competitive base salary and a performance-based bonus systemComprehensive Benefits: We cover 100% of employer-paid benefits for you and your family membersSecure Your Future: With our RRSP matching program, we help you secure financial stability for the long termThe Salary Range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 CAD per year.
