In Canada, we work closely with dealers and growers to deploy field-ready technology that improves productivity and day-to-day operations.We are looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to support dealers and customers with installation, troubleshooting, calibration, training, and field validation of precision agriculture systems. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation who enjoys working in the field, solving problems, and helping customers succeed.What You Will DoInstall and commission precision agriculture retrofit kits on tractors and farm equipmentProvide field and remote troubleshooting support for setup, calibration, and operation issuesSupport dealer technicians and growers with product installation, testing, and technical problem-solvingDeliver product training to dealers and end usersTravel to dealer and customer sites across Canada when neededCollect field feedback and communicate recurring issues and improvement suggestions to internal teamsSupport local product testing, field trials, and validation workPrepare installation notes, technical documentation, and FAQ materialsWhat We Are Looking ForBackground in agricultural equipment, farm machinery, precision agriculture, or a related technical fieldHands-on troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, electronic, or software-related issuesExperience working with dealers, service teams, technicians, or end customers is a plusComfortable working independently in the field and traveling within CanadaStrong communication skills and customer support mindsetEnglish communication skills for daily technical coordinationValid drivers licenseMust be currently based in Canada and legally authorized to work in CanadaNice to HaveExperience with autosteer, GPS guidance, precision ag systems, or retrofit installationsExperience at a dealer, manufacturer, or agricultural service providerExperience training technicians or customersAgriculture, ag engineering, heavy equipment, or service support backgroundWho Should ApplyWe welcome both experienced field technicians and earlier-career candidates with strong technical foundations, practical learning ability, and willingness to travel.
