Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Manager located in Lethbridge, AB. The Catering Manager will oversee the execution of catering operations, coordinate with clients to understand their needs, and manage food services to ensure high-quality experiences. Additional responsibilities include team supervision, maintaining inventory, managing budgets, collaborating on menu planning, and ensuring events run smoothly while maintaining exemplary customer service standards. Qualifications Expertise in Catering and Food Service management Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning and quality assurance Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Relevant education or certification in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field is a plus Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Understanding of health and safety regulations regarding food service #J-18808-Ljbffr
