Lead a dynamic mens volleyball team in a part-time coaching role. Oversee athlete recruitment, develop training curriculums, and enhance student-athlete performance in a competitive environment. The Head Coach will work under the Athletics & Recreation Manager, collaborating with varsity staff and student-athlete advisors. This role demands strategic planning for athlete development, as well as effective communication skills to support diverse recruitment initiatives. You will ensure rigorous adherence to competitive standards, compliance with policies, and administrative management for optimal team functioning. Key Responsibilities: Develop daily and annual training plans Recruit and promote prospective student athletes Coordinate academic advising for athlete retention Manage budgets and administrative functions Organize tournaments and fundraising events Requirements: College diploma with relevant experience (3+ years) NCCP Performance Coach certification required Minimum five years coaching experience, ideally post-secondary Valid class G drivers license Clear police background check required Take charge of a competitive mens volleyball program while fostering athlete success and community relations in a vibrant sports setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
