If you are looking for an opportunity to join a thriving, dynamic organization with an entrepreneurial spirit and an action-oriented culture, this role is perfect for you.The Manager, DTC will lead the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer business in Canada across company sites including:ConairCanada.ca, Cuisinart.ca,and BaBylissPRO.ca. This role is responsible for growing online revenue, optimizing the customer experience, and executing marketing activations across email and SMS channels. Strong expertise in eCommerce, merchandising, and CRM-driven marketing strategies for the Canadian market are key to this role.Responsibilities:Implement and support the Canadian Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Lead Canadian DTC performance across revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and deliver on the Canadian DTC P&L.Manage onsite merchandising across three brand sites, including assortment strategy, product categorization, PDP optimization, pricing, and promotions.Execute product launches, ensuring accurate setup, content, inventory visibility, and pricing.Partner with demand planning to execute in-stock optimization, forecasting, and replenishment strategies.Implement brand storytelling through content placement and visual merchandising aligned to Canadian consumer priorities.Optimize site navigation, search capabilities, and product recommendations to maximize conversion and engagement.Implement promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and pricing strategies.Drive continuous improvement of the site experience across mobile and desktop..Create SKU setup and content.Implement marketing programs (e.g. welcome, abandoned cart/browse, post-purchase) across all brands.Improve engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value through segmentation and personalization strategiesApply analytics tools to identify and implement optimization opportunities across site, merchandising, and marketing.Track daily and weekly KPIs including revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, subscriber growth, and campaign performance.Create testing frameworks to improve messaging, creative, offers, and onsite tactics.Conduct competitive and market analysis to support merchandising and marketing decisions.Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership.Minimum Qualifications:Post Secondary degree/diploma in Business, Marketing or related field of studyMinimum 5 -7 years related experience, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods or retail industry.Strong knowledge of ecommerce business and digital merchandisingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetStrong organizing, planning and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work well cross functionally and collaboratively.Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Ability to think and work independently and with initiative in a dynamic team environmentProficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, ,Teams, and SAP.What we offer:Salary: $75,000 - 85,000.
