Job Description

Drive commercial real estate banking relationships as a Senior Relationship Manager. Focus on fostering long-lasting connections while ensuring asset quality and profitability on-site in Orlando. In this role, you will manage crucial banking relationships with commercial real estate clients, overseeing loans, deposits, and additional bank products. Collaborating with internal teams like Credit Risk Management and Portfolio Management, you'll craft tailored solutions for customers. Your expertise in originating significant construction and term loans will contribute to our objective of substantial annual production. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture long-term CRE client relationships Manage customer interactions involving loans and bank products Collaborate with internal partners to customize client solutions Originate construction and term loans from $15MM to $50MM Achieve annual production goals of over $125MM Requirements: BBA in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required 15+ years of relevant banking experience Strong knowledge of commercial real estate sector Excellent communications and relationship management skills Proven leadership capabilities in banking environments Utilize your expertise to cultivate and enhance important relationships in the commercial real estate sector while focusing on quality and profitability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
