Working together with the Agent Development Coach, you champion the growth and development of Agents and cultivate a team culture that reflects Ayr Farmers Mutuals commitment to its employees, members and communities.Responsibilities:Provide purpose-driven leadership, fostering a team culture of service excellence and genuine member careLead, mentor, and coach the Agent Development Coach and Agents to achieve strong sales and business performance, and deliver an exceptional member experienceRecruit, develop, and retain top talent while overseeing onboarding, training and development, and regular touchpoints and performance reviews for the agent teamSet and communicate Agent expectations, objectives, and metricsMeasure, monitor and analyze Agent activity and statistical results, meeting with Agents to provide guidance and support continuous improvementEvaluate and ensure consistency across agent workflows, quality of risk submissions, and marketing campaign execution through ongoing coaching and quality reviewsReport business results and team performanceWork in conjunction with the Manager of Marketing and Communications to develop marketing campaigns to support profitable growth and evaluate donation requests receivedAs a member of the leadership team, represent the department at management meetings, community events trade shows etc. and contribute as an internal resource across committees and cross-functional initiativesChampion a safe, compliant, and values-aligned team environmentSkills and Experience:Proven leadership experience demonstrating care and mutual values, successful coaching, developing, and motivating teamsExperience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of sales processes, risk quality, and underwriting approaches and workflowsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, building trust and relationshipsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and service data and translate insights into actionable team guidanceExperience managing performance, conducting reviews, and supporting employee development plansDemonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities and lead a team through change with clarity and careCommitment to delivering outstanding member and customer experiencesWillingness to travel occasionally and work extended hours as business needs requirePositions available: 1Hiring salary range: $110,000 $135,000Why Choose Ayr Farmers Mutual?Together we care for and support our members and communities to thrive.We offer a supportive learning environment.We invest in your growth and celebrate your achievements.Competitive matching Pension Plan and employer-paid Group Healthcare Benefits Plan, including a Health Care Spending Account.We offer a hybrid working environment.Accommodation at Ayr Farmers Mutual Insurance CompanyWe are committed to a selection process and work environment that is inclusive and barrier free.
