Support essential business systems as a Junior AS400 RPG Programmer in North York, Ontario. Work hands-on with inventory and order processing while gaining valuable experience under a senior developer. Our client is looking for a motivated Junior AS400 RPG Programmer to assist with system operations and troubleshooting in a live retail environment. You'll directly support day-to-day tasks such as data accuracy, program logic analysis, and application maintenance. This role fosters hands-on engagement with business-critical systems while providing opportunities to learn from experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve system issues in operations Maintain and update RPG programs with guidance Monitor and troubleshoot batch job processing Assist with data imports and validate accuracy Document workflows to aid knowledge sharing Requirements: 2-4 years with AS400 / IBM i systems Familiarity with RPG (RPG III, RPG IV, RPGLE) Basic SQL and DB2 knowledge Experience with business applications support Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Enhance your skills under mentorship while making impactful contributions to operational systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
