A degree in another field with significant work experience may also be considered. Complementary degrees in business, management, administration, finance, or marketing are preferred. Experience: Recent and extensive industrial business experience as an entrepreneur or senior manager in one or more of the following domains: Mining Advanced Manufacturing Aerospace, Defence, and Security Technologies Private sector experience in developing and commercializing innovative products or services with demonstrable outcomes International business development and/or intellectual property management is an asset Recent experience defined as within the last 3 years. Typical placements within $143,127$157,184, but salary determination may vary with experience.
