Role Description Were looking for a Manufacturing Technologist to join our fast-paced, project-driven environment. In this role, you will bridge engineering and manufacturingensuring parts are manufacturable, processes are optimized, and projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Review engineering drawings to ensure manufacturability across machining, fabrication, welding, and finishing Develop detailed manufacturing plans and process flows Determine whether work should be completed in-house or subcontracted Source and evaluate subcontractors, including obtaining and reviewing quotes Create technical purchase requests and support procurement activities Coordinate with QA to release approved drawings and ensure compliance Act as the key technical point of contact between vendors and internal teams Oversee subcontracting logistics (shipping, receiving, timelines) Manage non-conformances and support resolution of manufacturing issues Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to solve technical challenges Qualifications Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field) 24 years of handson experience in manufacturing, machining, or welding environments Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning Experience working in a custom, non-repetitive production environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with ERP systems What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
