Location: Mississauga / Etobicoke, ON Work Model: Hybrid 4 days onsite (MonThu), Fridays remote (open to more remote days) Duration: 6month contract with strong extension potential Overview Mattamy is looking for a handson Automation Tester to support enterpriselevel CRM and ERP platforms. This role is heavily focused on test automation scripting and framework development , with the majority of time spent designing and implementing automated tests across Dynamic CRM and ERP systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of automation experience , a strong technical background, and prior exposure to ERP automation (JD Edwards experience is a strong plus). Leapwork experience is highly preferred, though candidates with experience using Power Automate or other enterprise automation tools will also be considered. What Youll Be Doing Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks , primarily using Leapwork Create, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for Web applications, CRM platforms (Dynamics CRM), ERP systems (JD Edwards) Build endtoend automated tests covering UI, backend services, APIs, and data validation Integrate automation test suites with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing Leverage RESTful APIs to connect automation flows with backend systems Manage test execution, defects, reporting, and traceability using Azure DevOps Test Plans Partner with Business Analysts to understand user journeys and identify new automation opportunities Spend approximately: 8590% handson automation development and scripting 1015% collaboration with crossfunctional teams on test coverage and data needs Support knowledge sharing by mentoring BAs and junior QA team members on automation best practices Contribute to overall test strategy, automation coverage, and QA efficiency improvements Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of test automation experience in enterprise environments Strong automation background with a software development mindset Handson experience building and maintaining automation using Leapwork (Power Automate or similar tools considered if Leapwork is not available) Prior experience automating ERP systems (JD Edwards strongly preferred) Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python or Java Solid understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and XML for element identification and maintenance Experience with automation frameworks and patterns such as: Gherkin / Cucumber Page Object Model (POM) RPAbased frameworks Experience automating web applications, APIs, and backend services Familiarity with modern test tools such as Playwright or Selenium Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Test Plans and CI/CD integrations Strong understanding of test planning, test case design, and defect management Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and enable nontechnical stakeholders Interview Process Round 1: Technical interview Round 2: Final managerial interview
