Join Atlas Copco as a Service Planner for a 12-month contract in Mississauga. Engage with customers daily to plan and deliver exceptional service, ensuring all needs are met. As the Service Planner, youll be pivotal in administration and planning for field activities. Collaborate with Service departments and receive training on service plans and software. Your insights ensure equipment needs are met, while providing excellent customer service on behalf of Atlas Copco. Key Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries via calls and emails Plan and coordinate service and maintenance work Select appropriate Service Technicians for jobs Prepare required parts list and specialty tools Monitor and manage Work In Progress (WIP) jobs Requirements: Minimum 3 years in customer service or service planning Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel; SAP experience preferred Strong communication skills in English Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to build customer relationships effectively Utilize your planning and customer service skills to enhance operations at Atlas Copco. #J-18808-Ljbffr
