You'll work with pre-qualified leads, strong marketing support, and a structured system that puts you in control of your success. Why Work With Us Base salary of CA$40,000 plus 5% commission on eligible sales Expected earnings of CA$65,000-$120,000+ annually Higher commission tier for exceeding CA$1.2M in sales Training guarantee: $5,000/month during your first 90 days Extended health, vision, and life insurance after 90 days 10 paid vacation days annually (blackout May 15-July 31) Business-use phone, iPad, estimating software, and CRM provided Mileage reimbursement based on Ontario rates and the opportunity to earn a company car Supportive, professional team and high-quality product delivery Newmarket offers lower cost of living, relaxed lifestyle, and easy access to Toronto What You'll Be Doing Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations and provide clear, accurate estimates Represent Harbor with integrity and professionalism at every interaction Work warm leads generated by our marketing team and build your own through referrals and local outreach Maintain an average job size of $7,000 or more and at least 50% gross margin Track all interactions, estimates, and follow-ups in our sales system Attend four local home shows per year (weekends required) Contribute to weekly team meetings and training to stay sharp and aligned What We're Looking For 2+ years of in-home or renovation sales experience preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Familiarity with CRMs and estimating tools is a plus Comfortable with and willing to canvassing and in-person lead generation Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving record Willing and able to work evenings and Saturdays as needed Why Make the Move This is a serious income opportunity in a company that values long-term relationships and consistent delivery.
