Pioneer the music ministry as a Gathering Band Leader, cultivating an atmosphere of joyful worship at the Gathering. Lead song selection and rehearsals, engaging the community in meaningful worship. This part-time position focuses on the 9 a.m. Gathering Service, where you will lead worship and manage the music segment. You will coordinate rehearsals, foster teamwork among musicians, and collaborate with leadership to adapt music selections. Your role will create a space where all feel welcomed to participate and express their faith.
