Day to day responsibilities: - Own and optimize digital marketing initiatives across paid platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels, including hands-on management of Google AdWords campaigns - Develop and execute acquisition strategies across paid, organic, outbound, and partnership channels with a strong focus on lead generation - Plan and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns: from ideation and positioning to execution, testing, and optimization - Build and support content initiatives, including SEO-driven content and social media strategies, aligned with SimplyPHPs brand and growth goals - Collaborate with creative and technical teams to develop high-performing ads, landing pages, and marketing assets, as well as contribute to decisions around website structure and content - Research industry trends, including opportunities related to AI and emerging technologies, and recommend data-driven improvements to overall marketing strategy - Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and present insights to guide business and marketing decisions - Support occasional outbound efforts, including semi-cold outreach, follow-ups, and inside sales activities to help move leads through the funnel - Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to support sales operations and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals - Occasionally support partnerships and industry events alongside leadership (e.g., conferences, networking events), as part of broader growth initiatives Our ideal candidate will have: - 6+ years of experience in digital marketing - 5+ years of hands-on experience with paid ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) - Strong understanding of lead generation strategies across multiple channels - Very strong, fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Comfort with outbound outreach, including semi-cold calls and follow-ups - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action - Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills - Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment - Familiarity with the web development or technology services industry is an asset - Interest or experience in AI-driven marketing strategies is a strong plus - Located in and legally eligible to work in Canada What we offer!! - The opportunity to take ownership of marketing and growth initiatives and help shape the role - Fully remote work - Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and more - An exceptional team that offers and encourages consistent support and collaboration
