Focus Systems is partnering with an important client in the agri-finance sector to bring on a Senior Agile Coach (Enterprise) for a high-impact, long-term engagement. This is a rare opportunity to work with highly mature Agile teams and help elevate performance, optimize delivery, and influence outcomes at an enterprise level. KEY DETAILS - Location: Remote within Canada (occasional travel to Regina, SK required) - Duration: 1-year contract with potential for extension - Schedule: Full-time hours, standard business schedule Requirements: - 810+ years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-scale coaching - Proven success coaching highly mature Agile teams (5+ years Agile maturity) - Deep expertise in Scrum and Kanban, with a strong focus on flow-based delivery - Demonstrated ability to improve measurable outcomes (cycle time, throughput, predictability) - Advanced facilitation skills for complex workshops and problem-solving sessions - Strong ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change - Hands-on coaching approach focused on mindset, behaviors, and system-level improvements - Experience aligning team-level improvements with enterprise strategy - At least one advanced Agile certification (e.g., ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, PSM II/III) Bonus points: - Advanced coaching certifications (CTC, CEC, ICF-ACC/PCC) - Kanban Management Professional (KMP) - SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Disciplined Agile certifications - Experience improving flow metrics in enterprise environments - Background in organizational change or transformation initiatives - Expertise in advanced facilitation (design thinking, large-scale workshops, conflict resolution) - Experience defining or evolving Agile maturity frameworks Apply by May 14 #AgileCoach #Scrum #Kanban #EnterpriseAgile #AgileTransformation #Coaching #FlowMetrics #RemoteJobsCanada #FocusSystems
