Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end execution of Field Services projects in accordance with company processes and standards - Manage cross-functional project teams including Design, Planning, Purchasing, Contracts, and On-site Implementation - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with contractual and technical specifications - Build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage third-party stakeholders within project scope - Monitor project performance, including timelines, risks, costs, and quality standards - Anticipate deviations from project plans and proactively escalate issues when necessary - Drive project profitability and improve gross margin compared to as-sold targets - Manage forecasting activities including project sales, book-to-bill ratio, and gross margin - Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies - Support change order management in collaboration with Sales teams - Promote strong team collaboration and alignment from sales/tendering through execution, with focus on site logistics Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or IT - Proven experience managing Field Services or technical projects - Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and profitability - Experience working in cross-functional, matrix environments - Bilingual in English and French (required) Key Skills: - Strong project management and execution capabilities - Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills - Proven ability in negotiation, change management, and conflict resolution - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones - High attention to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
