The Regional Sales Manager Canada is responsible for developing, managing, and supporting sales activities within the Canadian territory. This role oversees regional representative agencies, drives business development initiatives, and ensures achievement of annual sales objectives. The position serves as a key liaison between customers and internal factory personnel, ensuring exceptional support, communication, and alignment. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred due to national customer and market needs. A. Key Responsibilities Identify, contract, manage, and train regional representative agencies across the Canadian market. Lead and coordinate actionable account plans with rep agencies and key customers within the region. Develop and maintain high-value customer relationships at appropriate decisionmaking levels. Drive opportunity identification, pursuit, forecasting, and closure while maintaining accurate reporting of pipelines and results. Achieve assigned regional sales goals and contribute to the companys overall growth targets. Establish annual and quarterly sales objectives for regional teams and ensure alignment with corporate priorities. Communicate regional needs, market trends, and customer feedback to internal teams to support strategic planning. Resolve resource, priority, or alignment issues impacting regional performance. B. Qualifications Required: 810 years of sales or marketing experience within the electrical industry or closely related field. Proven experience managing rep agencies and remote teams. Strong knowledge of product applications, distribution channels, and industry sales techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel as required. Ability to work from a homebased office Required: Bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal. Experience in Canadian electrical markets or industrial sales environments. Familiarity with competitors, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends.
