Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth through strategic sales initiatives and customer engagement. Background in Flow Control Equipment is a must. Experience required in either Oil & Gas industries or Water/Wastewater industries. We are looking for a road warrior who is not afraid of making cold call over the phone. Territory: Ontario Location: Flexible within Ontario Experience using AI tool is required. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories/industries Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit Develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives Utilize CRM tools (Hubspot) to track leads, opportunities, and account activities Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement Provide ongoing account management support, including follow-up and after-sales service Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to our products Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation and business development skills Road warrior mindset. Proficient in developing new customers accounts and new clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English Proficiency with CRM platforms (Hubspot) for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Analytical skills to interpret market data and develop strategic sales plans Customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage time effectively Experience using AI tools (beyond Chatgpt) for sales operation Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus Fluency in French will be an asset This role offers an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to grow their careers in outside sales while contributing significantly to our company's success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
