Client Service Representative - Special FunctionsGreater Sudbury, ON, CanadaJob DescriptionPosted Friday, February 6, 2026 at 5:00 AMClient Service Representative Special FunctionCompensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, fixed-term contract, part timeScience North offers exciting opportunities for passionate individuals who provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for clients.Science North is currently hiring a Client Service Representative Special Functions to help ensure events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on clients.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to event inquiries, conduct site tours, and help clients select the ideal venue for their eventLead onsite event setup, greet clients upon arrival, and serve as their main point of contactRemain onsite during events, using sound judgment to resolve any unforeseen issuesCoordinate event logistics with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth executionMaintain an inventory of Special Functions equipment and report any issues to managementAssist with administrative tasks such as client surveys, promotional campaigns, and correspondenceParticipate in team sales efforts and contribute to achieving departmental targetsWhat Were Looking ForA personable, outgoing team player with strong communication and logistics skillsExcellent judgment and problem-solving ability, especially under pressureStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and plan aheadA genuine belief that client satisfaction is paramountBilingualism in French is considered an assetThis position offers part-time hours (approximately 2530 per week) for a one-year term, with a pay rate of $20.00$21.00 per hour.
