Position Overview Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Service Manager leads and oversees security operations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) branch. This fulltime hybrid role combines officebased work with onsite client visits. Key Responsibilities Oversee daytoday security operations across assigned client sites. Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits. Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans and protocols. Build and maintain strong, longterm client relationships. Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns. Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and evolving security needs. Prepare and deliver detailed security reports and performance updates. Support branch budgeting processes and ensure costeffective operations. Monitor expenses related to security services and identify costsaving opportunities. Contribute to strategies aimed at achieving financial and operational targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GTA region. Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and secure new contracts. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions. Ensure accurate documentation of all security operations and activities. Prepare and submit regular reports to regional leadership. Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards. Qualifications Minimum of 35 years of experience in security management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Demonstrated leadership and teammanagement capabilities. Strong knowledge of security operations, procedures, and best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security management systems. Valid Class G drivers license with a clean driving record. Work Environment Combination of officebased work and onsite client visits. Main office located in Mississauga. Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular business hours as required.
