Reporting to the Head of National Broker Sales, this role is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding referral partnerships with mortgage brokers, driving consistent, highquality deal flow into Blooms sales funnel.This role is highly relationshipdriven and fieldoriented, combining territory management, education, and strategic account development.Building and managing a strong pipeline of mortgage broker referral partners across BCDeveloping deep, longterm relationships within a defined territoryDelivering broker education through training sessions, presentations, and oneonone coachingEnsuring partners clearly understand Blooms reverse mortgage products, process, and value propositionCollaborating closely with Account Executives and underwriting teams to support deal progression from referral to fundingIdentifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and grow share of walletRepresenting Bloom at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesMonitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and executionMeeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets tied to broker activation, referrals, and funded volumeProviding structured feedback from the field to improve Blooms broker tools, processes, and partner experienceAbout YouYou are a relationshipled business development professional who understands the broker ecosystem and knows how to earn trust through consistency, expertise, and followthrough.3+ years of experience in business development, mortgage lending, or financial servicesExisting relationships within the BC mortgage broker community (strong asset)A solid understanding of the Canadian mortgage process and broker distribution modelStrong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skillsA high level of selfmotivation and comfort operating independently in a remotefirst roleWillingness and ability to travel throughout BC for broker meetings and eventsA genuine interest in helping older Canadians improve their financial wellbeingThe Extras that MatterComprehensive health and dental benefitsFlexible, remotefirst work environment with fieldbased territory coverageOpportunity to play a key role in scaling a highgrowth fintech lenderCollaborative, executionfocused culture with strong leadership supportCompensation:Variable Compensation: Up to $90,000 (performancebased, uncapped) #J-18808-Ljbffr
