Be a pivotal Human Relations Agent providing essential social support services. Engage in telephone and email communication, process reports, and collaborate on interventions while working in a telework setting. The role requires a strong background in human sciences, focusing on social support within community contexts. You will manage report intake, assess urgency, and coordinate with various stakeholders for effective outcomes. This position involves travelling to communities as needed to ensure service continuity and effective interventions.
