Why is this role important? The Staff Technical Program Manager is a senior leadership role that shapes how we operate across our functional practice at Loblaw Digital. As a Staff Technical Program Manager (Staff TPM), you will drive delivery excellence across highpriority initiatives. You will develop and manage detailed program plans, proactively identify and mitigate risks, align stakeholder expectations, and communicate progress with clarity and precision. You bring deep experience leading largescale eCommerce and technology programs, and are comfortable translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. This role is designed to elevate subjectmatter expertise within the function while supporting broader organizational goals. What You Will Do Lead complex technical programs and initiatives while building strong relationships, managing stakeholders, and coordinating crossteam dependencies Drive consistency and best practices across the Technical Program Management practice, improving efficiency and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities Partner closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to deliver impactful business and technical outcomes Establish alignment across teams through structured planning, clear communication, and synthesis of inputs from various eCommerce domains Identify and manage dependencies, proactively address risks, and communicate impacts to timelines while driving solutions forward Champion best practices across product and engineering, acting as a trusted partner in prioritization and technology enablement Embod Loblaw Digitals culture, and uphold the vision, mission, values, and goals of the organization Sound Like You? 8+ years of experience managing complex technology initiatives (web, mobile, and eCommerce) in agile environments Proven track record as a trusted leader, driving outcomes through crossfunctional collaboration Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and engage stakeholders at all levels through proactive and strategic thinking Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Demonstrated ability to assess challenges, develop solutions, and deliver with a focus on both customer and business impact Strong technical acumen, with experience managing initiatives involving data engineering, data pipelines, and process automation preferred Familiarity with modern DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, system reliability, etc.) Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., GCP) is considered an asset Employment Type: Full time Type of Role: Regular Hiring Range / chelle salariale lembauche : $120,000.00 - $154,000.00 (per year) Loblaw Digital recognizes Canadas diversity as a source of national pride and strength.
