Demonstrated ability to provide design/drafting expertise and execute project.AutoCAD experience in drawing plans, modifications, tile layouts/flooring/paint and proficiency with other technology i.e. Office 365, SharePoint, Adobe etc.Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships with clients, co-workers, management etc.Construction experience is preferred but not required.Job duties:Meeting with clients to review plans, contract specifications and interior/exterior finishesCreating layouts (flooring, lighting, exterior elevations, detail drawings)Designing and drawing kitchensEntering change orders for potential upgrades and once priced presenting to clients for approvalFinalizing all selections in fileOrdering materials for construction i.e. cabinets, countertops etc.Site meetings to review electrical layouts with clientPrepare material and colour schemes for spec homes and show homesUploading files into online storage room- SharePointCreating client binders and assisting with information flow to clientsIf you are interested in applying for this position, please submit your application to,We thank all who apply and advise that only those selected for further consideration will be contacted.
