The AEP Developer is responsible for configuring and executing digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires expertise in customer journey orchestration, personalization, and event-driven marketing logic. The developer will collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver personalized experiences across channels while working in agile, pod-based environments. Key Responsibilities Configure and execute journeys/campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform. Utilize Adobe Experience Manager for content and campaign management. Design and implement customer journey logic, event triggers, and decision orchestration for personalization. Work with Adobe Real-Time CDP, XDM schemas, and event tagging for data-driven marketing. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in agile environments. Develop front-end applications using Vue.js and Next.js for campaign-related interfaces. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign execution. 2+ years of handson experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Experience Manager. Strong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, and personalization strategies. Experience with Adobe RealTime CDP and XDM schemas. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working in agile, podbased, or crossfunctional environments. Experience in frontend development using Vue.js/Next.js. Preferred Qualifications Adobe certifications in AEP or AJO. Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services. Exposure to JSON, event payloads, or APIdriven personalization.
